Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Upon booking, you will receive a health history form to complete, which includes a section where you can provide your insurance information prior to your appointment.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a partial charge, while cancellations made within 6 hours will result in a full charge.
Please ensure there is a clear space of approximately 8x10 feet to accommodate the massage table and allow the therapist to move around it. We also recommend ensuring the room is at a comfortable temperature for you.
Yes, absolutely. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and carry full liability insurance.
