What should I expect during an in-home massage appointment?
We bring the spa experience to you. Your RMT will arrive with a massage table, fresh linens, oils, and music. We will set up in your preferred area, review your health history, and provide a professional treatment just like in a clinic, in the comfort of your own home.
Do your therapists bring all equipment and supplies?
Yes, absolutely. We bring everything required for the session, including a professional massage table, sheets, blankets, pillows, lotions/oils, and relaxation music.
How do I book an appointment?

What types of massage treatments do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of treatments including Core services (Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Chair Massage), Premium services (Hot Stone and Cupping Therapy), and Specialized Techniques (IASTM, Postural Myofascial Release, and Pediatric Massage).
Do you provide direct billing for insurance?
Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Upon booking, you will receive a health history form to complete, which includes a section where you can provide your insurance information prior to your appointment.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or material rescheduling made more than 24 hours before the appointment have no fee. Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice or no-shows are charged 100% of the treatment price. See our Terms & Conditions for multi-attendee bookings and exceptions.
How should I prepare my space before the therapist arrives?
Please ensure there is a clear space of approximately 8x10 feet to accommodate the massage table and allow the therapist to move around it. We also recommend ensuring the room is at a comfortable temperature for you.
Are your therapists registered and insured?
Yes, absolutely. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and carry full liability insurance.
Is mobile massage safe and hygienic?
Your safety is our priority. We follow strict sanitization protocols for all equipment and supplies between every appointment. Our linens are professionally laundered, and all surfaces are disinfected to ensure a hygienic experience.
