Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Upon booking, you will receive a health history form to complete, which includes a section where you can provide your insurance information prior to your appointment.
Cancellations or material rescheduling made at least 12 hours before the appointment have no fee. From 6 hours to under 12 hours, the fee is 50% of the scheduled appointment price. Under 6 hours or for a no-show, the full scheduled price applies. See our Terms & Conditions for multi-attendee bookings and exceptions.
Please ensure there is a clear space of approximately 8x10 feet to accommodate the massage table and allow the therapist to move around it. We also recommend ensuring the room is at a comfortable temperature for you.
Yes, absolutely. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and carry full liability insurance.
Your safety is our priority. We follow strict sanitization protocols for all equipment and supplies between every appointment. Our linens are professionally laundered, and all surfaces are disinfected to ensure a hygienic experience.
