Busy month? No problem. Unused credits roll over automatically and never expire while your membership is active.
3. Shareable Care
Credits are transferable within your household. You can also stack credits for longer treatments (e.g., a 2-hour massage).
4. Simple Top-Ups
Each credit covers one eligible 60-minute treatment across all Renew regions with no regional surcharge. Use two credits for an eligible 120-minute treatment; other longer sessions use the current regional top-up.

* Payment is collected monthly by credit card for the full selected 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitment at the current regional rate. Subject to non-waivable statutory rights, the commitment cannot be cancelled early. Existing memberships keep their current rate through the end of the current commitment; a new commitment uses the then-current rate. A 6-month grace period is available after the term ends without renewal to use remaining credits.

How does the mobile service work?
Our RMTs bring the sanctuary to you. We provide the massage table, linens, lotions, and music. You only need to provide a small, quiet space for setup.
Do you offer Direct Billing?
Yes, we offer direct billing for almost all insurance providers. We require your policy information at signup for automatic processing. Any co-pay not covered is charged to the credit card on file.
Is membership required to book?
No, membership is not required. Anyone can book individual sessions at our standard rates. The membership is simply designed for regular clients seeking the best value.
What if I miss a month?
Unused credits roll over automatically while your membership is active. When your committed term ends and you do not renew, you have a 6-month grace period to use remaining earned credits.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our team will review your details and contact you to finalize your profile and secure your preferred payment method. If you are ready to book, we can schedule your first appointments immediately during this call.
