As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016, I have had the pleasure of working in diverse settings, including clinics, spas, long-term care homes, and various events. I am now providing mobile massage services to bring the sanctuary directly to you!
My commitment is to provide the highest level of care to support my clients on each of their unique wellness journeys. I am passionate about helping clients achieve and maintain their individual health goals through tailored treatment plans and continued care.
Registered Massage Therapist
With 18 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Jennifer R.G. Caplan focuses on providing customized, dynamic treatment plans that adapt to each patient's evolving physical needs. Her clinical approach uses a foundation of General Swedish Massage Therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue release.
To further support her patients' goals, Jennifer also utilizes Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and postural myofascial release. She is a proud graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology and a recipient of the Diamond Award in the Welland Tribune Readers' Choice Awards.
Registered Massage Therapist
Marija is a Registered Massage Therapist with three years of experience and has worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant for more than five years in clinical and spa settings. She has collaborated with physiotherapists, osteopaths, acupuncturists, and surgeons specializing in spinal conditions. Her experience includes motor vehicle accidents, neck fractures, pain injections, and joint-replacement recovery.
With a strong interest in anatomy, neurology, and multidisciplinary care, Marija combines therapeutic and relaxation massage with practical home-care guidance. She is currently expanding her education through acupuncture studies. Outside work, she enjoys year-round swimming, biking, travelling, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Registered Massage Therapist
Ryan has been a practicing massage therapist for 20 years, having first registered in 2005. Over the past two decades, he has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, spas, physiotherapy clinics, and gyms throughout southwestern Ontario. He has been serving the Niagara region for the past six years.
Ryan's massage is firm and focused, specializing in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. He strives to provide the perfect pressure for each client's individual needs.
