A parking charge may apply depending on the hotel’s parking policy.
Provide a clean, safe, completely private treatment space with at least 10 ft × 10 ft of clear floor space. Sexual, suggestive or otherwise inappropriate remarks, requests, exposure, gestures or conduct will end the session immediately, leave the full appointment fee payable, and result in refusal of future service.
We recommend only using this once you are out of credits for the month. Only available for 60 min treatments. *1 per lifetime.

Required for cancellation and no-show protection. You are not charged when you submit this request. After your treatment, you may pay with any method you choose—the saved card does not have to be used.
Card details are sent directly to Stripe through its secure card field. Relax & Renew never sees or stores your full card number or security code.
Your Points
The standard rate is one point per eligible treated minute after treatment and full payment. Active members earn 1.25× the standard rate.
Treatments and rewards stay with the therapist who provided them.
